Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud platforms
- Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 technical support for web hosting environments and customer issues
- Implement and maintain security protocols, backup systems, and disaster recovery solutions
- Automate deployment processes using CI/CD pipelines and configuration management tools
- Monitor system performance using cloud-native monitoring and alerting tools
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot application deployment challenges
- Document system configurations, procedures, and knowledge base articles
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent certification
- 3+ years of experience in cloud system administration or web hosting support
- Proficiency with Linux/Windows server administration and virtualization technologies
- Strong understanding of networking principles (DNS, HTTP/S, load balancing)
- Experience with scripting languages (Bash, PowerShell, Python) for automation
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and customer communication abilities
- Knowledge of cloud security best practices and compliance frameworks
