- Define product vision and roadmap for SeaTalk's enterprise collaboration platform with AI integration
- Lead cross-functional teams through all product lifecycle stages from ideation to launch
- Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and user stories
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify product opportunities
- Collaborate with AI/ML specialists to implement intelligent features like automated meeting summaries
- Develop KPIs and analytics frameworks to measure product performance and user engagement
- Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and timely delivery
- Present product updates to stakeholders and gather feedback for continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of product management experience with 2+ years in technical/AI-focused roles
- Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts and enterprise collaboration technologies
- Proven experience managing end-to-end product lifecycles for B2B SaaS platforms
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive product decisions
- Excellent communication abilities to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Knowledge of enterprise security and compliance requirements for collaboration tools
