Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily club operations including staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring
- Develop and implement membership growth strategies and retention programs
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards and resolve member inquiries
- Oversee facility maintenance, safety protocols, and equipment management
- Coordinate events, promotions, and community engagement activities
- Analyze operational metrics and prepare performance reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with organizational goals
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in fitness/recreation facilities
- Proven track record in team leadership and staff development
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proficient in club management software and MS Office suite
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is advantageous
