Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute data-driven customer acquisition strategies across digital and physical channels
- Identify and analyze target demographics in the sports/recreation sector
- Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle from ideation to optimization
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align acquisition efforts
- Track KPIs (CAC, conversion rates, ROI) and generate performance reports
- Build partnerships with local influencers and community organizations
- Continuously test new acquisition channels and messaging
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 2+ years experience in customer acquisition or digital marketing
- Proficiency in CRM tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads)
- Strong understanding of Indonesian sports/recreation market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Data-driven decision making with ability to interpret complex metrics
- Creative problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
