Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute engaging digital content strategies across social media, blogs, and video platforms
- Identify, vet, and manage collaborations with micro-influencers and brand ambassadors
- Produce high-quality visual content including photography, graphics, and short-form videos
- Analyze content performance metrics and optimize strategies based on audience insights
- Collaborate with marketing team to align content with product launches and campaigns
- Maintain consistent brand voice while adapting content to platform-specific algorithms
- Monitor industry trends and competitor content to identify growth opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in content creation or talent management
- Portfolio demonstrating strong visual storytelling and social media expertise
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut)
- Understanding of Indonesian beauty industry trends and audience preferences
- Excellent written communication skills in Indonesian and English
- Data literacy with ability to interpret engagement metrics
- Strong networking skills within local creative communities
- Ability to work autonomously and meet tight deadlines
