Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement creative content strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across all social media channels.
- Create visually stunning photos and videos for social media, website, and promotional materials that reflect the brand's aesthetic.
- Manage and maintain the company's social media profiles (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) with a focus on high-quality storytelling.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust content strategies to optimize reach, engagement, and growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content creation with overall business goals and product launches.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly, and build a loyal community around the brand.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in social media, beauty, and digital marketing to keep our content fresh and relevant.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or similar role in the beauty or lifestyle sector.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in photography, videography, and graphic design.
- Excellent command of both English and Indonesian languages.
- Deep understanding of current social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- A genuine passion for the skincare, beauty, and wellness industry.
