We are seeking a talented and creative Content & Visual Designer to join the dynamic team at PT Radin Mitra Lestari. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for translating our brand vision into compelling visual narratives that resonate with our audience. You will lead the creation of visual content for various projects, marketing materials, and brand activities, ensuring our digital presence remains fresh, engaging, and professional.

Tanggung Jawab
- Create visually stunning graphics, social media posts, banners, and marketing collateral for digital campaigns.
- Handle content taking activities, including photography and videography, and perform post-production editing to enhance visual quality.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all company touchpoints.
- Design project materials, presentations, and internal communications to support business operations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative concepts and visual strategies.
- Optimize visual content for various digital channels, ensuring high-resolution output and adherence to brand standards.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Visual Designer, Graphic Designer, or Content Creator with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
- Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
