Tanggung Jawab
- Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts based on client requirements and project briefs.
- Create detailed 2D floor plans, elevations, and 3D visualizations using industry-standard software.
- Select appropriate materials, color palettes, furniture, and lighting to enhance the overall aesthetic.
- Collaborate effectively with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure design feasibility.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure quality control during implementation.
- Prepare project proposals, mood boards, and presentation decks for client approval.
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in interior design, preferably in residential or commercial projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- A strong, professional portfolio demonstrating a range of design styles and project types.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with local building codes and construction regulations in Indonesia.
