Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies
- Lead cross-functional teams in continuous improvement initiatives and change management efforts
- Collect and analyze performance data to measure the effectiveness of implemented changes
- Create detailed process documentation and standard operating procedures
- Facilitate training sessions to build continuous improvement capabilities across the organization
- Monitor key performance indicators and report on progress to senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in process improvement, quality management, or operational excellence
- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher), or other process improvement methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing change initiatives
- Proficiency in process mapping tools and data analysis software
