Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook menu items according to standard recipes and quality specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area at all times.
- Monitor and control food costs and inventory levels.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure strict compliance with HACCP hygiene standards and VHP system protocols.
- Assist in menu planning and development when required.
- Communicate effectively with the front of house team to ensure guest satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a cooking position.
- Thorough knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP regulations.
- Familiarity with the VHP (Vacuum High Pressure) sanitization system.
- Minimum diploma or bachelor degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related field.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Dedication to maintaining high culinary standards and food safety.
