Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts according to established recipes and quality standards
- Monitor ingredient inventory and assist with supply ordering to ensure operational continuity
- Maintain strict hygiene and food safety protocols in all preparation and storage areas
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new pastry offerings and seasonal specials
- Ensure consistent presentation and packaging of all pastry products
- Operate and maintain baking equipment including ovens, mixers, and proofing cabinets
- Participate in daily cleaning schedules and sanitation procedures
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in pastry preparation or bakery operations preferred
- Strong understanding of baking techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP principles
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in measurement and execution
- Ability to follow recipes accurately while maintaining creativity
- Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle moderate lifting
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
