Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily outlet operations following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and friendliness
- Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness standards throughout the outlet
- Prepare accurate daily operational reports for management review
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment processes
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Uphold food safety and sanitation regulations at all times
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK equivalent)
- Basic customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
