Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels with professionalism and efficiency
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly while maintaining service quality standards
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate case records in the CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience and issue resolution
- Continuously update product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
- Contribute to improving customer service processes and workflows
- Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer satisfaction and response times
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA) or equivalent; D3/S1 graduates preferred
- 1+ years of customer service experience in a BPO or retail environment
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English proficiency
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach
- Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail
- Patient, empathetic, and resilient under pressure
- Willingness to work flexible hours if required
