- Lead and manage data science projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Mentor and develop junior data scientists and analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, Economics, or other related quantitative fields.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, data science, or a related quantitative role.
- Proven track record of experience in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
