Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive textile testing including tensile strength, colorfastness, and chemical composition analysis
- Operate and maintain advanced laboratory equipment spectrophotometers, tensile testers, and microscopy systems
- Document test results using digital systems and prepare detailed technical reports
- Implement quality control protocols to ensure compliance with SNI and international standards
- Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot quality issues and recommend process improvements
- Perform routine calibration and validation of laboratory instruments
- Adhere to strict safety protocols for chemical handling and hazardous materials
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Textile Engineering, or related scientific field
- Minimum 1 year experience in textile laboratory testing or quality control
- Proficiency in operating laboratory testing equipment and analytical software
- Strong understanding of textile quality standards (AATCC, ISO, SNI)
- Excellent documentation skills with attention to detail and precision
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments
- Certification in laboratory safety management is advantageous
