Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor broiler flock health, behavior, and growth rates daily to ensure optimal production standards.
- Implement and enforce strict biosecurity measures and sanitation protocols to prevent disease outbreaks.
- Manage feed inventory, formulation adjustments, and distribution schedules.
- Maintain accurate production records and prepare daily/weekly performance reports.
- Operate farm machinery and vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular health inspections and coordinate with veterinary staff for medical interventions.
- Train junior farm staff and ensure compliance with company safety policies.
Kualifikasi
- Licensed Veterinarian or Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture/Agricultural Technology.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in broiler production or poultry farming operations.
- Valid Driver's License (mandatory for site transport).
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Physically fit to perform farm duties in various weather conditions.
- Strong knowledge of poultry management principles and biosecurity practices.
