Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily field operations including planting, maintenance, and harvesting activities
- Monitor crop health and growth conditions to ensure optimal durian quality
- Coordinate and direct field workers while ensuring adherence to safety protocols
- Implement sustainable agricultural practices and pest management strategies
- Manage estate resources including equipment, tools, and irrigation systems
- Prepare progress reports and address operational challenges proactively
- Train staff on proper farming techniques and quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years' experience in tropical fruit plantation management
- Strong knowledge of durian cultivation and agricultural best practices
- Certification in agriculture or related field preferred
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in physically demanding outdoor environments
- Basic literacy and numeracy with record-keeping abilities
- Problem-solving skills for field operational issues
- Physical fitness and ability to work extended hours during peak seasons
