Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable reconciliation.
- Assist in preparing and processing monthly financial reports and statements.
- Handle communication with Mandarin-speaking clients or partners regarding financial transactions and inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records, including digital and physical filing systems.
- Support the payroll process and ensure timely salary disbursements.
- Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking for export operations.
- Perform general clerical and administrative duties to support the finance team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Fluency in Mandarin (oral and written) is essential; English proficiency is a strong plus.
- Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Attention to detail with the ability to detect errors in financial data.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Previous experience in an export/import or manufacturing company is highly desirable.
