Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily financial operations and ensure the accuracy of all financial records and transactions.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive review.
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, analyzing variances to recommend cost-saving strategies.
- Ensure strict compliance with local tax laws, financial regulations, and company policies.
- Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to safeguard company assets.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term financial strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Finance Controller or Financial Management role.
- Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
