Tanggung Jawab
- Drive membership sales and personal trainer package conversions through consultative selling
- Conduct fitness assessments and personalized program recommendations
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention
- Exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs consistently
- Collaborate with fitness trainers to create integrated client solutions
- Track sales performance using CRM systems and optimize conversion strategies
- Represent FIT HUB at community events and promotional activities
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year sales experience in fitness, wellness, or service industry
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of fitness principles and personal training benefits
- Goal-oriented mindset with ability to work independently
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Valid First Aid/CPR certification preferred
