Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet and seat guests in a timely and organized manner
- Manage reservation systems and coordinate seating logistics efficiently
- Provide menu information and assist guests with special requests
- Coordinate with serving staff to ensure seamless service flow
- Maintain clean and organized host stand areas
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
- Assist with opening/closing duties and venue preparations
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in host/hostess or similar hospitality role preferred
