Become an essential part of our hospitality team as a Housekeeping Staff at PT. Harapan Graha Niaga! Tanggung Jawab
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize apartment/Airbnb units before and after guest check-ins/check-outs
- Change linens, towels, and restock toiletries to meet hospitality standards
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance issues promptly
- Follow established cleaning protocols for all surfaces, fixtures, and common areas
- Coordinate with property management to ensure seamless transitions between guest stays
- Report damaged items or safety concerns to the maintenance supervisor
- Adhere to company hygiene policies and sustainability practices
Kualifikasi
- Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lifting requirements
- Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and safe chemical handling
