As a startup supporting a growing TikTok MCN, we need someone who can bridge the gap between business strategy and talent acquisition.
In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing top-tier talent for mid-to-senior management positions and live-stream hosts. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring we attract the best operational support staff in the industry. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for a diverse range of roles.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline specifically for mid-to-senior management and live-stream host positions within the TikTok MCN ecosystem.
- Administer HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Coordinate employee onboarding activities to foster a welcoming and productive work environment.
- Assist in performance management and employee relations, acting as a key point of contact for staff inquiries.
- Utilize recruitment tools and social media platforms (like LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) to identify and engage potential candidates.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in HR Generalist or Recruitment roles, preferably within a startup or media company environment.
- Familiarity with the digital marketing, content creation, or live-streaming industry is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse personalities.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
