PERSOL is currently seeking a dedicated and professional Japanese Interpreter to facilitate seamless communication between our Japanese executives and local Indonesian staff. This is a Full-Time, On-Site (WFO) opportunity located in the vibrant Jakarta Raya area.
The ideal candidate will possess high-level proficiency in the Japanese language, specifically N1 or N2 level, and demonstrate the ability to interpret accurately in both oral and written contexts. You will play a crucial role in ensuring operational efficiency and fostering a collaborative working environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide real-time interpretation during meetings, negotiations, and daily operational discussions.
- Translate business documents, emails, and reports from Japanese to Indonesian and vice versa with high accuracy.
- Assist Japanese management in understanding local business culture, regulations, and employee needs.
- Facilitate communication during site visits and external corporate events.
- Perform administrative duties related to translation and document management.
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all communication channels.
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Japanese at the N1 or N2 level ( JLPT Certified is preferred).
- Proficient in written and spoken Indonesian.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Relevant degree in Japanese Language, Translation, or Business Administration.
- Previous experience in an office environment or as an interpreter is highly desirable.
