Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales targets (sell-in and sell-out) across Modern Trade (MT) and General Trade (GT) channels.
- Manage and develop relationships with key accounts and retail partners to ensure mutual growth.
- Coordinate and execute offline marketing events and promotional activities to boost brand visibility.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with product launches.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability at partner outlets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Key Account Management, preferably within the FMCG or Beauty industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Valid driving license is a plus.
