Tanggung Jawab
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various types of contracts, including employment agreements, vendor contracts, and partnership deals.
- Ensuring strict compliance with national and local laws, including regulations from the Ministry of Health and BPOM regarding cosmetics and medical devices.
- Providing legal advisory and support to management and staff on a wide range of corporate legal matters.
- Managing and overseeing litigation processes, dispute resolution, and legal documentation.
- Conducting legal research and staying updated on changes in Indonesian commercial and civil law.
- Maintaining and organizing legal files, records, and statutory registers.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (Hukum) from a reputable university.
- Experience in the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Civil Code, Commercial Law, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and drafting skills in English and Indonesian.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards risk management.
