Tanggung Jawab
- Draft, review, and revise contracts, agreements, and legal documentation
- Provide timely legal opinions and guidance to management teams
- Manage corporate permits, licenses, and regulatory compliance
- Ensure adherence to Indonesian laws and industry regulations
- Handle legal disputes, litigation support, and risk mitigation
- Maintain organized legal records and documentation systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments on legal matters

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law (S.H.) from accredited institution
- Minimum 2 years of legal experience in corporate or law firm setting
- Deep understanding of Indonesian commercial and regulatory law
- Proficient in contract drafting and legal documentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Certification in legal compliance or corporate law preferred
- Experience with permit licensing and regulatory processes
