PT SEMABOOST BIOTECHNOLOGY INDONESIA is seeking a dedicated Legal Officer specializing in corporate licensing to join our dynamic legal team. In this critical role, you will ensure full regulatory compliance by managing all corporate legalities, business permits, and documentation in alignment with government agencies including BPOM, OSS, and other relevant authorities. You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate corporate records, monitoring regulatory changes, and ensuring seamless business operations through proactive legal oversight. This position offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of biotechnology and law, supporting Indonesia's growing life sciences sector while safeguarding the company's legal interests and operational continuity.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and renew all corporate licenses and permits through government platforms (OSS)
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies including BPOM for product compliance
- Maintain and update corporate legal documentation and records
- Monitor regulatory changes and implement compliance adjustments
- Prepare legal documentation for audits, inspections, and corporate filings
- Advise internal stakeholders on legal requirements for business operations
- Liaise with external legal counsel and government representatives
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Law (S.H) from accredited university
- Minimum 2 years experience in corporate licensing and permits
- Familiarity with Indonesian regulatory frameworks (BPOM, OSS, etc.)
- Proficient in legal documentation and corporate compliance procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail with high organizational capacity
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
