Tanggung Jawab
- Manage legal documentation and contracts for company operations
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian corporate regulations and labor laws
- Provide legal counsel on business transactions and operational activities
- Conduct legal research and risk assessments for new initiatives
- Coordinate with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures
- Handle dispute resolution and litigation support when required
Kualifikasi
- S1 Law degree from accredited university
- Minimum 3 years of legal experience in corporate/industrial setting
- Strong understanding of Indonesian commercial law and regulations
- Proficient in legal documentation drafting and contract management
- Certification in corporate law or compliance is advantageous
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
