Are you a strategic leader passionate about national service and community advocacy? SAFRA National Service Association is seeking a dedicated Manager for Defence Advocacy & Partnerships to lead our efforts in strengthening relationships and supporting our members. In this pivotal role, you will drive strategic initiatives that align with national defense objectives while enhancing the SAFRA community experience. You will act as the primary liaison between SAFRA and key stakeholders, ensuring that the voices of national servicemen are heard and represented effectively. We are looking for a dynamic individual who can navigate complex policy landscapes and build sustainable partnerships to foster a supportive environment for all members. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic advocacy plans to support the interests of SAFRA members within the national defense ecosystem.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with MINDEF, other government agencies, and corporate partners.
- Lead partnership initiatives that enhance community programs and services for NSFs and NSmen.
- Represent SAFRA at key industry events, forums, and stakeholder meetings to promote our mission and value proposition.
- Analyze stakeholder feedback and policy changes to advise leadership on advocacy priorities and operational adjustments.
- Oversee the coordination of joint events and campaigns that align with national defense themes and SAFRA objectives.
- Monitor and report on the impact of advocacy efforts, ensuring continuous improvement in member engagement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in partnership management, public relations, or government relations.
- Strong understanding of the Singapore National Service landscape and defense policies is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated track record in strategic planning, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with tight deadlines.
- Relevant professional certifications or exposure to advocacy work will be an advantage.
