Join the SAFRA National Service Association as a Manager (Defence Experience & Curation). In this pivotal role, you will take the lead in designing and curating immersive defence experiences that educate, inspire, and connect the National Service community. We are looking for a visionary leader who is deeply passionate about Singapore's military heritage and possesses the ability to translate complex historical narratives into engaging, accessible content for diverse audiences.
As the Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of our curation projects, from research and conceptualization to the final implementation of exhibits and educational programs. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure that SAFRA remains a premier destination for defence education and community engagement. This is a unique opportunity to shape the storytelling of our nation's defence history while fostering a strong sense of camaraderie among NSmen.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the strategic direction and day-to-day management of defence experience curation projects.
- Curate and develop engaging exhibits, displays, and educational materials that highlight Singapore's defence history.
- Manage the content creation process, including research, writing, and design coordination with internal and external vendors.
- Design innovative storytelling strategies to enhance audience engagement and learning outcomes.
- Coordinate logistics for exhibitions, including installation, maintenance, and tour management.
- Analyze audience feedback and performance metrics to continuously improve the quality and impact of programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to align curation initiatives with organizational goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in History, Arts, Museum Studies, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in curation, museum management, content development, or a similar role within the public sector or non-profit industry.
- Strong passion for Singapore's defence history and heritage.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines and complex workflows.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital content tools and presentation software.
- Valid National Service discharge status (relevant for SAFRA context).
