In this role, you will serve as the vital communication link between our Indonesian operations and our Chinese stakeholders. You will be responsible for translating technical documents, contracts, and daily correspondence to ensure seamless understanding. Additionally, you will provide interpretation support during meetings, site visits, and negotiations. Tanggung Jawab
- Translate technical documents, reports, and correspondence from Chinese to Indonesian and vice versa.
- Provide real-time interpretation during meetings, training sessions, and site inspections.
- Assist in the localization of marketing materials and technical manuals.
- Proofread and edit translations to ensure accuracy, fluency, and cultural appropriateness.
- Liaise with international partners to resolve communication barriers and facilitate smooth operations.
- Maintain a comprehensive glossary of industry-specific terminology.
- Support the management team with administrative communication tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chinese Language, Translation, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Translator or Interpreter, preferably in the construction or manufacturing sector.
- Native or fluent proficiency in Mandarin Chinese.
- Strong command of the English language (both written and spoken).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced technical environment.
