Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate sales teams to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Monitor sales performance metrics and implement strategic improvement initiatives
- Train staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service protocols
- Manage inventory levels and ensure optimal product availability across retail channels
- Develop and execute localized sales promotions tailored to Kendari market dynamics
- Collaborate with marketing team to align retail activities with brand campaigns
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and performance analysis for senior management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years retail sales experience with 1+ years in supervisory role
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in consumer products
- Strong leadership skills with ability to develop and motivate diverse teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in sales data analysis and inventory management systems
- Deep understanding of Sulawesi Tenggara retail market dynamics
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
