Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of all office areas including workstations, meeting rooms, pantries, and common zones
- Perform daily cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing surfaces, and waste management
- Set up meeting rooms with necessary equipment and refreshments for scheduled appointments
- Monitor and replenish office supplies in pantry and common areas
- Report maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to relevant departments
- Assist with basic administrative tasks including document handling and mail distribution
- Adhere to safety protocols and cleaning standards established by the company
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance roles preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
