Tanggung Jawab
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Prepare detailed correspondence, handle confidential documents, and screen communications with discretion.
- Act as the primary point of contact, managing incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
- Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, booking venues, and taking minutes.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
- Manage expense reports, process invoices, and handle financial documentation.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant in a corporate setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
