This critical role ensures excellence in our electric vehicle operations by conducting comprehensive pre-delivery inspections. You'll be the final guardian of quality before vehicles reach customers, safeguarding our reputation for reliability and performance.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough pre-delivery inspections (PDI) on electric vehicles before customer handover
- Lead quality control teams and develop inspection procedures for new vehicle models
- Document quality defects and coordinate with production teams for timely resolution
- Analyze quality metrics to identify trends and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
- Train and mentor quality control inspectors on best practices
- Collaborate with dealers to resolve post-delivery quality concerns
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in quality control/supervision (automotive/electronics preferred)
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001) and inspection methodologies
- Experience leading teams and implementing process improvements
- Proficient in quality documentation and reporting tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Certification in Six Sigma or Quality Management is advantageous
