Pinhome is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager to oversee our operations in the Bandung area. As the Regional Leader for the PHS business, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our regional presence by leading teams, executing strategic sales initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence.
In this role, you will be the driving force behind our success in Jawa Barat. You will be responsible for expanding our market share, managing high-performance teams, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive regional sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of area supervisors and sales representatives to ensure high performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage the end-to-end operational workflow, including inventory management, client relations, and contract processing.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships within the Bandung territory.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and team building activities to maintain high morale.
- Report regional performance metrics to the headquarters and collaborate on cross-functional projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in regional management, real estate sales, or retail operations.
- Proven track record of leading teams and achieving sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the region.
