Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and presentation of all villa rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
- Perform thorough daily cleaning, deep cleaning, and linen service following luxury standards
- Restock amenities and supplies to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or guest concerns promptly to management
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and sanitation protocols
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate cleaning schedules and villa turnovers
- Assist with special requests and seasonal villa preparations
Kualifikasi
- Previous housekeeping or villa cleaning experience preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to work efficiently independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic communication skills in English or Bahasa Indonesia
