Tanggung Jawab
- Act as the primary point of contact for potential and existing clients regarding our innovative robotics solutions.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and target demographics in the Jakarta region.
- Present detailed product demonstrations and technical proposals to clients to showcase the benefits of our robotic technology.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers to ensure high customer retention.
- Collaborate closely with the technical team to understand product specifications and address client inquiries effectively.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic outreach and effective negotiation techniques.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial lead generation to contract signing and client onboarding.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the robotics, industrial automation, or consumer electronics industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- A valid Driver's License and willingness to travel for client meetings is a plus.
