Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and warmly welcome customers as they enter the store, ensuring a positive and inviting atmosphere.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge to customers, demonstrating the features and benefits of our jewelry collections effectively.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect pieces that match their style and budget.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately and securely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment that reflects the premium quality of the LUMIERE brand.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent educational background.
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably within the jewelry, fashion, or luxury goods sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with a diverse customer base.
- Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to handle inquiries with patience and professionalism.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new point-of-sale systems quickly.
- Flexible availability to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts as required by business needs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light merchandise as needed.
