Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective clients.
- Analyze customer requirements and propose customized engineering solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support the pre-sales process and close deals.
- Provide after-sales technical support, troubleshooting, and training to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market developments.
- Travel to client sites and industry conferences as required by the business.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience working as a Sales Engineer or in a technical sales capacity.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Valid driverās license and willingness to travel within the region.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
