Tanggung Jawab

  • Execute and confirm sales agreements with clients to ensure mutual understanding and compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor the receipt of products at the customer's end to ensure timely delivery and inventory accuracy.
  • Process and manage sales orders for existing customers efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide professional and responsive after-sales support to address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to meet monthly sales targets and develop strategies for growth.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling agricultural products to maximize revenue.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the agribusiness, FMCG, or agricultural sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced Head Office environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region are an advantage.
