Tanggung Jawab
- Execute sales and marketing strategies to maximize product visibility and sales volume in the assigned area.
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with pharmacists, drugstores, and healthcare retailers.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal product availability to meet market demand.
- Conduct regular market visits and provide product training to retail partners.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the product portfolio in the region.
- Represent the company at local health events and promotional activities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Pharmacy, Biology, or related fields.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) and willingness to travel within the Jayapura region.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with the local market dynamics in Papua is a plus.
