Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and acquire new B2B and B2C customers in the F&B retail sector
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in retail establishments and food service businesses
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive opportunities
- Present product solutions tailored to customer needs and market demands
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns
- Maintain accurate sales records and performance metrics
- Provide regular feedback to product development team based on customer insights
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or F&B sales with proven track record
- Strong understanding of Surabaya and Sidoarjo market dynamics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Indonesian
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Target-driven mindset with demonstrated ability to exceed sales goals
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Valid driver's license and willingness for local travel
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
