Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor premises through regular patrols and surveillance systems
- Control access points and verify visitor credentials
- Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies
- Prepare detailed incident reports and daily activity logs
- Collaborate with law enforcement during investigations
- Enforce company safety policies and procedures
- Operate security equipment (CCTV, alarms, communication devices)
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in security/satpam role
- Valid Security Certification (Sertifikat Satpam) preferred
- Physical fitness for outdoor patrols in tropical climate
- Basic first aid and emergency response training
- Strong observational and communication skills
- Ability to work shifts and weekends
- Knowledge of local area (Tabanan/Bali) advantageous
- Clean police record and reliable character references
