Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of high-quality coffee and non-coffee beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Train, mentor, and supervise junior baristas on brewing techniques, latte art, and customer service standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing coffee station and service area at all times.
- Manage inventory levels, including coffee beans, milk, syrups, and cleaning supplies, minimizing waste.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
- Handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and accurately.
- Assist in scheduling shifts and maintaining operational schedules during peak hours to ensure smooth service.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Senior Barista or Barista for at least 2-3 years in a busy coffee shop or hospitality environment.
- Deep knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, espresso machines, and milk steaming techniques.
- Ability to create latte art and maintain high aesthetic standards for drinks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts as required by business demand.
- Passion for hospitality and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and safety.
- Basic computer literacy for managing POS systems and inventory tracking.
