- Lead and manage the editorial team in planning and producing educational publications
- Review and edit manuscripts to ensure content accuracy, clarity, and educational value
- Collaborate with authors, subject matter experts, and designers to develop high-quality educational materials
- Establish and maintain editorial standards and guidelines for all publications
- Manage publication timelines and ensure projects are delivered on schedule
- Stay updated with educational trends, curriculum changes, and industry best practices
- Mentor and develop junior editorial staff to enhance team capabilities
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure seamless transition from editorial to publication
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Education, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of editorial experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in educational publishing or curriculum development preferred
- Exceptional editing, proofreading, and writing skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong leadership and team management abilities with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders including authors, designers, and educators
- Proficiency in editorial software and content management systems
