Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate closely with IT Development and Finance teams to manage payment gateway integration and troubleshooting.
- Oversee the incubation and development of new service models to enhance customer experience.
- Monitor and track the repair status of customer units through web-based monitoring systems.
- Analyze service data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for operational improvement.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company service standards and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Assist in the creation and delivery of training materials for service personnel.
- Report service performance updates to senior management regularly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in service management, operations, or IT support.
- Strong understanding of payment gateway systems and financial workflows.
- Proficiency in using web-based monitoring tools and CRM software.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
