Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the kitchen staff in food preparation, plating, and service support.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment at all times.
- Wash, peel, cut, and prepare cooking ingredients according to recipes.
- Clean cooking utensils, dishes, cutlery, and kitchen equipment thoroughly.
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
- Handle waste disposal and recycling properly.
- Support the Head Chef with daily operational tasks and stock organization.
- Keep work areas free of hazards and spills to ensure safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (SMK/SMA) is preferred.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Physically fit and capable of standing for long periods and lifting moderate weights.
- Basic understanding of food safety standards and HACCP guidelines.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
