Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and lead a team of HVAC technicians and electricians to ensure timely and high-quality project execution.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of air conditioning systems, chillers, and cold storage units.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical faults to minimize system downtime.
- Evaluate team performance, provide regular feedback, and organize training sessions to enhance technical skills.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and company quality standards in all operations.
- Coordinate with project managers and clients to report progress and address technical queries efficiently.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and tools to ensure the team is always prepared for maintenance tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HVAC maintenance, electrical engineering, or air conditioning supervision.
- Strong technical knowledge of chillers, cold storage systems, and general electrical wiring.
- Proven experience in team leadership, performance evaluation, and training.
- Valid certification in HVAC or Electrical Engineering is highly preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English is an advantage.
- Resident of Tangerang, Banten, or willing to relocate.
